441 Ministries is an outreach of Grace Church that seeks to positively change lives through the teachings of the Bible coupled with the “re-neighboring” of broken communities. To that end, we have established a permanent presence in the Beechwood neighborhood which will result in addressing the practical and spiritual needs of people. 

The ministry center, located at 441 Parsells Avenue is used to:

•       Gather and plan outreach events, such as children’s outreaches and service projects

•       Hold regular Bible studies and prayer meetings for the community

•       Host other neighborhood events and meetings

•       Store our ministry materials and tools

•       Be present for “drop-ins”

•       As the Lord provides the resources and help, engage in other ministry opportunities that lend themselves to gospel-centered ministry to the whole person. 

We view our ministry center as an asset for the whole community, so to that end, we have made our facility available to other gospel-oriented and secular neighborhood outreach organizations who may benefit from having a satellite location for meetings and outreaches.  Our goal is to create “space” in the neighborhood for gospel ministry and generally support other efforts from within the community that are consistent with our own.

Our hope is that one of the outcomes of our investment in this community will be a vibrant, multicultural church plant that will be a light for the gospel on the east side of the city of Rochester.  We currently have three families from Grace Church who live in the neighborhood and gather regularly with neighbors for fellowship and Bible study.
